Thank you for making a purchase at Rocking Rockpools.com. Sorry if you are not happy with your purchase and if you are not completely satisfied for any reason you can return the item for either a refund or an exchange.
Please return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. If the item is damaged or faulty in any way I will of course cover the postage costs otherwise the customer covers the return postage costs.
After receiving the returned item your money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used within 2 working days. Processing times for the money to show in your account will depend on the payment method used.
